A b2b 360 campaign that reminds business all helpful things USPS does for their business in a world that is increasingly growing in online shopping. We made a 30 spot, social media content, digital banners and a Direct Mailer that went to every business in the nation.
IDEA
We found out that businesses know USPS has a great delivery service. We wanted to tell people that we are just as good as returning packages for their clients as well as delivering them. So we told the truth. Returns are just delivery in reverse. And USPS knows delivery (they can't deny it, it was in the brief).
