DESCRIPTIONS

A campaign to smuggle the outside world into North Korea. Kim Jong-un's propaganda machine brainwashes his citizens into believing North Korea is a utopia, despite the majority living in abject poverty and hundreds of thousands suffering in torture prisons. Outside info is the only way to free their minds and has already inspired hundreds of thousands to defect.

It was a true honor to be asked to help create and film the OOH boards. It was a lot of fun but tedious, especially when we had to remake the board because it got stolen! It was an extreme privilege to have the opportunity to work on this and be part of the team that gave this idea life.

We created an installation that was itself a donation mechanism. Real propaganda from Kim Jong-un emits from each mouth. When you insert a USB drive, it literally silences him. It is currently traveling throughout the world, gathering drives and raising awareness.
